Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPCS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,158 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPCS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD79A, LAX1, and IRF4. Each is linked with SPCS2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPCS2-to-partner and partner-to-SPCS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPCS2 versus CD79A in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPCS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPCS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
