SPCS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPCS2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPCS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Annexin_VII, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and c-Met_pY1235. Each is linked with SPCS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPCS2-to-partner and partner-to-SPCS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Annexin_VII grouped by SPCS2-low versus SPCS2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPCS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPCS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
