Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPCS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,092 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPCS2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Maintenance of organelle location, Maintenance of Golgi location, and Telomerase RNA localization to Cajal body. Each is linked with SPCS2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPCS2-to-partner and partner-to-SPCS2 results are reported.
