SPCS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPCS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,177 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPCS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TMF1, DCAF1, and USP4. Each is linked with SPCS1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPCS1-to-partner and partner-to-SPCS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPCS1 versus TMF1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPCS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPCS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
