Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SPC24 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SPC24 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher SPC24 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SPC24 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC and COAD are the cancer types where SPC24 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
