SPC24

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPC24 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,412 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPC24-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM72C, CDC25A, and CDCA4. Each is linked with SPC24 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPC24-to-partner and partner-to-SPC24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPC24 versus FAM72C in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPC24→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPC24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
