The most reproducible SPC24-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Microtubule cytoskeleton organization involved in mitosis, Regulation of nuclear division, and Regulation of chromosome segregation. Each is linked with SPC24 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPC24-to-partner and partner-to-SPC24 results are reported.
