Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPATS2L mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPATS2L-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSH2, Notch1, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with SPATS2L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATS2L-to-partner and partner-to-SPATS2L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
