Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPATS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,910 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPATS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCAPD2, PEX11G, and CKAP4. Each is linked with SPATS2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATS2-to-partner and partner-to-SPATS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPATS2 versus NCAPD2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPATS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPATS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
