Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPATS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,013 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPATS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP369, FBXO22, and CDT1. Each is linked with SPATS2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATS2-to-partner and partner-to-SPATS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP369 grouped by SPATS2-low versus SPATS2-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPATS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPATS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
