Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPATS2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPATS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, ERK2, and INPP4B. Each is linked with SPATS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATS2-to-partner and partner-to-SPATS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by SPATS2-low versus SPATS2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPATS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPATS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
