Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPATC1L mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPATC1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, Notch1, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with SPATC1L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATC1L-to-partner and partner-to-SPATC1L results are reported.
