SPATC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPATC1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPATC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-8, p62 Lck ligand, and PDCD4. Each is linked with SPATC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATC1-to-partner and partner-to-SPATC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPATC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPATC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
