SPATA6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPATA6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,036 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPATA6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KANK2, LRRC47, and LZTFL1. Each is linked with SPATA6 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA6-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPATA6 versus KANK2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPATA6→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPATA6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
