SPATA5L1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPATA5L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,379 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPATA5L1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNAJC17, RTF1, and RPUSD2. Each is linked with SPATA5L1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA5L1-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA5L1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPATA5L1 versus DNAJC17 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPATA5L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPATA5L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
