Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPATA5L1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,248 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPATA5L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPATA5, PAQR5, and AP1AR. Each is linked with SPATA5L1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA5L1-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA5L1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPATA5L1 versus SPATA5 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPATA5L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPATA5L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
