Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPATA5L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,855 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPATA5L1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Circadian sleep/wake cycle, De novo centriole assembly, and Regulation of cell cycle checkpoint. Each is linked with SPATA5L1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA5L1-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA5L1 results are reported.
