Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPATA5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,179 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPATA5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HPF1, MAD2L1, and MCM2_S27. Each is linked with SPATA5 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA5-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA5 results are reported.
