Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPATA5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,642 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPATA5-associated genes across cancer lineages are EXOSC9, ZGRF1, and AP1AR. Each is linked with SPATA5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA5-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPATA5 versus EXOSC9 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPATA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPATA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
