Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPATA5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPATA5-associated genes across cancer lineages are Gab2, MEK1, and p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182. Each is linked with SPATA5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA5-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA5 results are reported.
