Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPATA5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPATA5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC22A7, HJV, and PABPC1L2B. Each is linked with SPATA5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA5-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC22A7 grouped by SPATA5-low versus SPATA5-high in SKIN.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPATA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPATA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
