SPATA41

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPATA41 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPATA41-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSPE1-MOB4, MIR4727, and F8A2. Each is linked with SPATA41 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA41-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA41 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPATA41→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPATA41) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
