SPATA4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPATA4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,634 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPATA4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IFT122, OSCP1, and TTC25_S542. Each is linked with SPATA4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA4-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPATA4 versus IFT122 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPATA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPATA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
