Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPATA4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPATA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, IGFBP2, and JNK2. Each is linked with SPATA4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA4-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA4 results are reported.
