SPATA31C2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPATA31C2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,462 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPATA31C2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPATA31C1, FAR2P1, and CENPIP1. Each is linked with SPATA31C2 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA31C2-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA31C2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPATA31C2 versus SPATA31C1 in TGCT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.86.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPATA31C2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPATA31C2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
