Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SPATA31A7 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SPATA31A7 data layer compared with 14 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher SPATA31A7 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SPATA31A7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

BRCA, LUAD, and LGG are the cancer types where SPATA31A7 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
