Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPATA31A7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,456 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPATA31A7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are SCF-dependent proteasomal ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process, Protein destabilization, and Telomerase RNA localization. Each is linked with SPATA31A7 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA31A7-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA31A7 results are reported.
