Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPATA31A5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,672 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPATA31A5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, deadenylation-dependent decay, CDP-diacylglycerol biosynthetic process, and Regulation of DNA duplex unwinding. Each is linked with SPATA31A5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA31A5-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA31A5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, deadenylation-dependent decay grouped by SPATA31A5-low versus SPATA31A5-high in STAD.
