Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPATA31A3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPATA31A3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTPRZ1, GSDMD, and ZNF142. Each is linked with SPATA31A3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA31A3-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA31A3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PTPRZ1 grouped by SPATA31A3-low versus SPATA31A3-high in OVARY.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPATA31A3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPATA31A3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
