The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher SPATA25 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SPATA25 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC and ESCA are the cancer types where SPATA25 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
