SPATA21

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPATA21 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 299 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPATA21-associated genes across cancer lineages are PYGL, PSMA7, and PGK1. Each is linked with SPATA21 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA21-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPATA21→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPATA21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
