SPATA20P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPATA20P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,090 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPATA20P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLAU, ITGAM, and MNDA. Each is linked with SPATA20P1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA20P1-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA20P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPATA20P1 versus PLAU in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPATA20P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPATA20P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
