SPATA20

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPATA20 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,555 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPATA20-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBM47, RRBP1, and METTL7B. Each is linked with SPATA20 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA20-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPATA20 versus RBM47 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPATA20→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPATA20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
