Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPATA20 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,162 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPATA20-associated genes across cancer lineages are HOGA1, MEGF9, and TTK. Each is linked with SPATA20 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA20-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA20 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPATA20 versus HOGA1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPATA20→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPATA20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
