Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPATA20 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPATA20-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRIT1, DEFB108B, and PRR30. Each is linked with SPATA20 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA20-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA20 results are reported.
