Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPATA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,848 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPATA2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ADNP, MOCS3, and STAU1. Each is linked with SPATA2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA2-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPATA2 versus ADNP in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPATA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPATA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
