Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPATA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,704 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPATA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTND4P33, RNU5E-8P, and MTATP6P14. Each is linked with SPATA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA2-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTND4P33 grouped by SPATA2-low versus SPATA2-high in BLCA.
