SPATA19

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPATA19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 205 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPATA19-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRT3, ARID1B, and GRID1. Each is linked with SPATA19 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA19-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRT3 grouped by SPATA19-low versus SPATA19-high in CNS.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPATA19→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPATA19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
