SPATA18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPATA18 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,325 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPATA18-associated genes across cancer lineages are GOT1, SDHB, and PKN3. Each is linked with SPATA18 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA18-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GOT1 grouped by SPATA18-low versus SPATA18-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPATA18→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPATA18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
