SPATA18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPATA18 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,000 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPATA18-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCNC4, TYSND1, and DAAM2. Each is linked with SPATA18 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA18-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KCNC4 grouped by SPATA18-low versus SPATA18-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPATA18→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPATA18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
