Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SPATA17 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SPATA17 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher SPATA17 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SPATA17 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

COAD, LUAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where SPATA17 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
