SPATA16

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPATA16 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPATA16-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4G, Ku80, and Notch1. Each is linked with SPATA16 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA16-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4G grouped by SPATA16-low versus SPATA16-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPATA16→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPATA16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
