SPATA16

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPATA16 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,251 significant associations in total. OESOPHAGUS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPATA16-associated genes across cancer lineages are MED17, ACTR3B, and DHX9. Each is linked with SPATA16 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA16-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPATA16 versus MED17 in KIDNEY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.85.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPATA16→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPATA16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
