Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPATA13 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,428 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPATA13-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEACAM4, RNF13, and RIN3. Each is linked with SPATA13 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA13-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA13 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPATA13 versus CEACAM4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPATA13→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPATA13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
