Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPATA13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,699 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPATA13-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Muscle organ development, Monocarboxylic acid catabolic process, and Regulation of mRNA stability. Each is linked with SPATA13 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA13-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA13 results are reported.
