Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPATA13 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,288 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPATA13-associated genes across cancer lineages are MBTPS2, MET, and ZNF696. Each is linked with SPATA13 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA13-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA13 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPATA13 versus MBTPS2 in LARGE_INTESTINE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPATA13→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPATA13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
