Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPAST RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,768 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPAST-associated proteins across cancer lineages are USP39, CLASP1, and ZNF638. Each is linked with SPAST in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPAST-to-partner and partner-to-SPAST results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPAST versus USP39 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPAST→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPAST) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
