Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPAST mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPAST-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, Notch1, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with SPAST in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPAST-to-partner and partner-to-SPAST results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by SPAST-low versus SPAST-high in UCEC.
