Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPAST RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,083 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPAST-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of microtubule depolymerization, Regulation of centrosome duplication, and Transport along microtubule. Each is linked with SPAST in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPAST-to-partner and partner-to-SPAST results are reported.
