Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPAST mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPAST-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2F2, PNMA6F, and OR13C7. Each is linked with SPAST in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPAST-to-partner and partner-to-SPAST results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2F2 grouped by SPAST-low versus SPAST-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPAST→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPAST) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
